I believe that weight loss doesn’t have to be hard, or about willpower, or following a prescribed diet or exercise program. I believe that lasting transformation isn’t about what or how much you eat.

Instead if you can uncover your ‘why’ this will lead to true transformation. Your ‘why’ is unique to you and covers things such as

  • Why you eat when you’re not hungry
  • Why you use food (or exercise, alcohol, social media etc) to avoid feeling your feelings
  • Why you want to change
